Hello! My name is Kelly and I am the owner of FIT4MOM Northern Kentucky. I grew up in the Cincinnati area and my husband, Nick, and I have lived in the Florence/Union area for 15 years. We have 4 children- Anthony is 10, Andrew is 8, Joshua is 3, and Maggie is 2. I have loved this community since the very first class (almost 3 years ago!). I found a judgement-free workout space AND friends for my kids AND mom friends who "get it"? Count me in!

I became the owner in April 2023. I am so excited to grow this community and share FIT4MOM with #allthemoms. We hope to see you at a class, a playgroup, or a mom's night out soon!
