Hey mamas! My name is Kari. My husband is Danny & I have 3 liters- Riley, Josie and Camden. I am a high school athletic trainer, wife, mama & FIT4MOM instructor. I found FIT4MOM when this location started 4 years ago and have been an instructor since January of 2021. After my first class I was hooked and knew this was a group I wanted to be a part of. I love the community, fitness and friendship this group has brought not only myself but my daughters as well. They say it takes a village and my goodness this is a great one to be a part of.
